My friend passed away this weekend. I haven’t found the right words to say yet, so I’m not going to address the topic any further than the following suggestion:

Never let the people you love doubt how you feel about them. Never take the special people for granted. You never want to look back on a friendship and realize that you left words unsaid.

For the record, the last words Steven and I said to each other were: “What she order?” “Fish filet.”
